This client was responsible for leasing the first floor retail space featured in a downtown, Milwaukee office building, and requested an eye-catching visual to invite viewers to look within the available retail windows. With thousands of vehicles, and the Milwaukee street car "Hop" traveling this intersection daily, this graphic was created to draw interest from a distance.
