I was tasked with writing and designing a marketing brochure for a state-of-the-art office built by prominent developers in Milwaukee's downtown financial district in 2020. While the branding for the project (logo and color scheme) was provided to us, we were asked to run with their existing identity while focusing on the history-rich location and proximity to area amenities. After extensive research on the history of Milwaukee's downtown, visiting the building and taking photographs, and constructing a map with visuals to include the area's most intriguing points of interest, I wrote fitting copy and a history timeline for the marketing brochure to highlight the luxury property's value for potential office tenants, successfully telling a story of the building from start to finish.

This project provided me with the opportunity to bridge my interest in history & architecture with storytelling & people.
